NOTE: Once you pick and commit to a time, the schedule cannot be changed. We plan staffing and slots based on ticketed events. Changing your ticket would result in overbooking, additional staff costs, and inconvenience other patrons. If you miss your selected event you will have to purchase another ticket if any are available. We regret this inconvenience but in order to provide an outstanding experience to all our customers we must limit changes.
