  • Terms and conditions applicable to ALL SALES online, by phone, and in person.
  • SALE PRICES: PRIOR SALES ARE EXCLUDED. If you have already purchased tickets, you may purchase additional tickets at sale prices. Sale subject to early termination.
  • ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing a ticket reserves your place in the event and prevents others from attending. We regret the inconvenience this may cause.
  • NOTE: Once you pick and commit to a time, the schedule cannot be changed. We plan staffing and slots based on booked tours. Changing your tour would result in overbooking, additional staff costs, and inconvenience other patrons. If you miss your selected time you will have to purchase another tour time. We regret this inconvenience but in order to provide an outstanding experience to all our customers we must limit schedule changes.
  • We do not mail tickets out. Attendees simply need to check in upon arrival. You will be issued a wristband for events, OR you will be put in a tour group for regular tours. We look forward to seeing you at the Set Tour!
  • Star Trek The Original Series Set Tour reserves the right to use any photography or video taken in future promotions without the express permission of those in the photos or videos.
  • Seating, reservations, and/or time slots for panels, autographs, photo opportunities, special events, show features, and performances are subject to availability and may require an additional fee.
  • The Event’s operating hours, schedules, guests and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
  • Photos are processed and printed on site. Photos can be picked up at the little silver trailer parked at the studio. Please allow up to two hours for processing. Please let the Photo Team know if you cannot pick up your photos at the event.
