Our wonderful customers are the reason we’re in business. Here are some of the great things they’ve said about us.

We’ll do everything we can to make sure you’re a satisfied customer, too!

From our customers:

My friends and I came and did the tour about 5-6 years ago and Mr. Cawley was there and was a very gracious host. We returned today and our guide was very well informed and a very good guide (our compliments). We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the tour and thought the museum had improved greatly. It was a truly enjoyable experience to come back here again! – Tim

As a 55 year Star Trek fan, I want to personally thank you for the dream come true of walking the decks of the USS Enterprise. I know it takes hard work and dedication to preserve the experience for all visitors, Trekkies and not-Trekkies. I think the Crew does an excellent job making each visit to the USS Enterprise well worth the time and the money. — Walter

We were driving up to visit a friend in Boston but we all took a side trip to Ticonderoga to visit the Star Trek set first. Well worth it! The tour is quite informative and there is so much to see. There was much more to the set than we expected. Imagine standing on the transporter or sitting in the captain’s chair. You can do that here! The set itself was built based on original blueprints. There are a few screen used costumes and props on display. We chatted with the owner (an Elvis performer!) who was sooo incredibly nice. What a treat this was! – JediTraveller

What an awesome experience. If you are a fan of the original Star Trek tv show this is a must visit. The original sets have been faithfully recreated. Walking around you feel like you are on the Enterprise with the crew. Our tour guide was very good providing background about how the show was made and the few pieces that have been gathered for the original show, the tour last an hour and you get the optometrist sit in Captain Kirk’s chair, stand in the transporter room, and see Bones’s medical area. – JKLS72
